After graduated in economical statistics at Mathematics & Statistics Department of Economic University of Ho Chi Minh CityVietnam, I came to Japan to study in financial field in terms of Money and Economic Growth. During that time, I received Japanese Government scholarship (Monbushou Shougakukin). I recently completed my Ph.D on gThe Development of Vietnamese Economy and Financial Reformh at Aichi UniversityJapan in 2001. I was a visiting fellow at Aichi University Institute of International Affairs and a post doctoral fellow at United Nations University / Institute of Advanced Studies (UNU/IAS).From September 2002, I came to Hiroshima Shudo University as a lecturer, from April 2004 to March 2009 being Associate Professor, from April 2009 becoming Professor. From April 2007 to March 2008, Visiting Fellow at APEC STUDY CENTER, Columbia University.
